My brother is looking for a song to describe him. He's 22 and really cool. Into music and art, funny as hell. Brown hair with a mohawk and a lightning bolt down the back of his head. He's into metal or really mellow stuff, but nothing in between usually. That's it pretty much. thanks!

I would go with anything by Thee Michelle Gun Elephant on the heavy side, and perhaps something from Richard D. James' 26 Mixes for Cash album on the mellow side... If REALLY mellow, go for Sigur Ros.
