after 10 years why not splurge and get her both. Stick the cheese log in the middle of the tomatoes and tell her you got her some new fangled art(or what ever else may come to your mind wink wink nudge nudge)

The cheese log is good but why not try the lovely present my dad got my mom one year: a garbage disposal! Boy was that a big hit!!
