I have 5 doors that I'm replacing with new ones that just need to be drilled, possibly cut to size and hung on the existing frames. (bdrm, bathroom and 3 closet doors)

The old doors have been removed and of the new doors, 2 are hollow and three are not. I bought all the materials (doors, hinges, knobs) already.

Do you already have the doors if so they will probly charge about 50-100 dollars apiece just to install them, depending on where you live....if you don't you are looking at about $100-150 for each door and then the extra for installation.

To strike the hinge recesses, and the latch/doorknob and hang a door in an existing frame, we charge $150.00. Interior doors are hollow, and cutting to size is not recommended, as you could very well destroy the door. Doors come in standard sizes, to prevent the need to cut them. There are many sizes, the most popular are 2'6", 2'8", and 3'0". If one of the sizes that are common cannot be used, and the need to change the size of the rough opening to a standard size is present, we charge $450.00 per opening to remove the old door/frame, frame the opening to size, and hang a new door/frame. You buy everything, or we buy, and pass the cost along to you with a 10% mark-up for profit, which is standard procedure. We are in Florida. The Rates may differ where you live.

If only replacing existing doors and the doors are still available (this is important for cutting new doors to proper size) it should take about two hours per door. Depending on the installers hourly rate I would guess the total cost would be from $300 to $500.
