Athletes and models since these days they are the ones setting th bar for what it is to be have a "hot" body.. I mean we target the source. Many people think that peers put the most pressure on being thin but really the media does a quite a bit of damage... so therefore we target the ones that are selling perfection.. I don't know how successful you'd be at getting them to listen but it's worth a try. Good luck!

If you WERE to write an argument essay on anorexia, a good target audience would be pre-teen girls. They are the most likely to develop it. Your essay just might prevent one of them from succumbing to it.

I don't know about where your from... but around here anorexia is usually found in teenage girls between the ages 13-19.

If I were you I would point the essay toward teenage girls (but that is just me).

middle and high schools
preferably girls, but boys can learn from this too...
talk to your area schools principals and see if you can get to talk to the students in an assembly
