yes, if you have a mini sd/trans flash in your card, all you need to buy is an sd card reader for your computer's usb port. You can get these at any major electronics retailer. If there is no card in your phone, you're probably going to have to call the manufacturer of your phone or visit a retail location for your phone service and they will probably be able to order one for you. It depends on the specific camera you have.
Some camera phones use a USB cable to download your pics to your PC.
Others have no download capability, but you can usually email the pics to your self.
You need to read the manual that came with your phone and determine how to best do it with the equipment you have.

yes if you have bluetooth (it's a wireless data protocol) on your phone and your laptop. or if your phone came with a data cable and software so your laptop can commmunicate with the phone in question.
