Try relaxation technique. Allow time for yourself. Treat yourself to a massage. Meditation is also good as is yoga...you can do these at home and all except the massage is FREE! Take a bubble bath with candle light. Try to rest alittle more? Stress can cause numerous problems for pregnancy. Your body is going through alot of hormone changes right now.
Hope this helps and congrats on your pending birth of a child.

RELAX! What ever relaxes you! A massage, day at spa, going to a movie, good book, long bath, road trip, whatever it is, do it! I used to go baby shopping when I got all stressed out, but if your stressing about baby, then not a good idea. Enjoy the time you have now to pamper yourself. My daughter is a year old now....I haven't had a long hot bath in months, hot dinner in months or the chance to sit and read since she was born! My husband and I haven't been in a movie theater or a restaurant without french fries on the menu (and forget the dancing) since she was born. We love her very much and she is worth it all, but ENJOY this time!!!

I would suggest, a pregnancy massage by a lisence massage therapist. I would also suggest a day at the spa, manicure, pedicure, facial all these things are safe while pregnant. I'd also talk to your MD if you aren't coping with the stress in your life as if all these factors pre-birth can trigger post partum depression.

you need to tell him up front the kind you sense. provide up hiding your emotions and not expressing them. you 2 ought to sit down down and talk this through. the two one among you would be father and mom in 5 months. and that incorporates alot of accountability.. not greater events, not greater late evening outings... because of fact your infant is the midsection of your existence, and actually with a splash one you dont have lots time to do the rest. aer you 2 residing mutually? if so, then pass stay at your father and mom for basically a splash, perhaps then he gets the clue that he needs to get his act into kit. it quite is not any way for a quickly-to-be father to act. in simple terms tell him if he doesnt substitute, then you definately'll pass away, and take the baby... and basically see the baby as quickly as he straightens his existence out and gets his priorities at once. if he's mendacity approximately stupid issues, whats to declare he's no longer mendacity approximately different issues. you dont want that.
