16 isn't too young to wear makeup. I started in...Grade 8 I think, not much though. It is refreshing to hear some ask if "16" is too young when girls now a days start ridiculously young, like when they are 9 or 10, which I think is ridiculous. When I was nine or ten I was more concerned in getting the grass stains out of my good jeans and the scab off my elbow while now girls are so wrapped up in themselves so early in life. It's a waste of childhood, so go ahead now is the ideal time to wear makeup! Have fun!

Definately not.
I am almost 14 (less than 1 month). I have been wearing makeup occasionally since I was 12. From age 12-13 I wore mascara and lipgloss. That's it. Ever since last month I have been wearing mascara, lipgloss, and eyeshadow (2 neutral shades, one on the lid and a lighter shade from the crease to the brow). I would like to wear concealer but haven't found the right kind yet.
At your age you can wear mascara, eyeshadow, lipgloss, concealer, powder, and eyeliner. Foundation really isn't necessary and may harm your skin. You can use concealer to cover up any blemishes and powder to control shine. Blush isn't really necessary because you are young and have a natural blush. However, if your skin is very light, it may be good to wear it anyway. I would also invest in an eyelash curler. If used correctly, it can really open your eyes and make you look less tired for those late school nights.

no 16 isnt young at all to wear makeup. but it also depedns on ur personality. try putting makeup step by step, like a few of things at first, wear it lightly and then when people around u get used to the idea that ur wearing makeup u can add some more.

its too young wen youre like under 12
after that its fine but actually girls stop wearing makeup after 16 sometimes

Well not that bad..Just dont' put a lot on because then you will look like a doll.That's not cute either so.. don't wear too much make up.

No. It's completely up to you. Just remember that it takes a lot of time to put on and it's expensive, so if you don't really want to wear it, don't. If you feel ready, though, go ahead.

No i don't think so cuz im 13 and i started wearing make-up when i was 12. Just make sure you don't go to sleep with make-up on make sure to wash ur face everyday before going to sleep.

no its not
use make up that is right for your age like lighter ones and not the daark ones.
apply just small amount or just about right
dont use too much makeup coz its not nice to look at
.

its not advisable 2 start wearing makeuf so young unless its mascatra its simply d best!
