Mine is when people dont wash their hands after they go to the bathroom, and when people spit on their hands and try to clean your face with it - gross!
It also gets on my nerves when people dont know how to make plans. And when stupid people dont understand anything like how 3 times 10 is 30.

This will sound harsh, but my pet peeve is Stupid People. I recognize that everyone has their special moments of studity, but those who consistently and willfully display stupidity are just plain Stupid People, and therefore are my pet peeve.

**Totally aside from my above answer:
BrowBrat, none of our levels of government have yet legislated a total ban on smoking in Canada, so what are you so upset about? If you can still smoke in your home and outside, you haven't lost your rights. Suck it up and come talk to me when you have to stand outside in Yellowknife in the dead of January to have your smokes, until then, quit b*tching. It's "MY" country too, and I'm not interested in inhaling your second hand smoke while I'm eating in a restaurant.

when someone puts an empty ice try in the freezer, or drinks the last of the water & puts the empty brita pitcher back in the fridge...
Not washing hands after going to the bathroom is JUST GROSS! EWWW Isuppose that is pretty high up there as well!

My pet peeve is losing my rights as a smoker. I thought that this was a country where we had a right to choose what we want to do and it is not illegal - yet. How come no one is complaining about all of the illegal drugs, violence, etc.? I know why - because they are putting their attention on the cigarette smokers - that's why. By the way, this IS MY country - I am a native Canadian. Thank you for your question.
