what im tryin to say si hopw can i make it louder when i am talking to someone on my phone... i can barely hear someone when i am talking to them on my phone...i have it maxed out and still can only barely hear them...

please help

Type that into your phone. It works on the samsung T809, and a few other Samsungs. Once you get that, go to H/W Settings, then Audio Settings.
Normal means that you are on the phone, and have the phone up to your ear, and that is the volume. Loudspeak is Speaker phone, or when music is playing. Go through this and mess around, increase some volumes. If you change the "MicGain" change and test it out. You can always fix what you do with this.
If the code didn't work for you, take it into your local store and see what they can do for you. Hope I helped
