When I was younger I used to be able to hold it FOREVER everyone used to tell me I was like a sponge. Now, I honestly have to go about 8 times a day...I drink a lot of water but it was the same back then. Is it possible that I "messed up" my bladder from when I was younger? Just a thought.

No way I've heard its good to hold it not for to long though.
I used to be able to hold it too when I was little now though I feel like if I do hold it I'll pee in my pants.

Plus I think when we get older we are so paranoid about something being wrong that we look at things differently and everything becomes more serious even the small things that didn't phase us when we were little.

Actually you would of had competition back then because I was the QUEEN of HOLD it!! Now I am not!! In fact my doctor was just informing me that has a LOT to do with it! It could be an infection too, so you'd better go see a doctor, but for the most part - you blew it being the queen of HOLD!! I hate it when we're mean to ourselves, don't you?

Just a thought, frequent urination , can also be a bladder infection or cystitis, It is a good idea to see a physician and have it checked out, they usually prescribe an anti biotic to clear the infection. and it is good to drink some cranberry juice to keep the bladder clear Take care of it .

As we age our bodies age too, your bladder probably doesn't have the ability to hold in urine like it used too...But, if this has been a fairly sudden change in your urination i would see your doctor (OK, you should talk to your doctor anyway, he/she can help figure out what is causing the frequent urination)...but this could be a sign of Diabetes, urinary tract infection, pregnancy, and other medical problems.......

Probably not. It really depends on your age. Muscles aren't nearly as tight later in life. Try Kiegles, they also help with your lovin'.
