Your IQ does fluctuate +or- 10 points your entire life, it doesn't really change, unless you damage your brain. TV does not increase or decrease it. I have a high IQ (141) and has been all my life, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you are smart. I made mostly B's in high school and college, and that was b/c I didn't apply myself, I thought that I didn't need to b/c I have a photographic memory, learn it once and know it forever. Could have done a lot if I had applied myself better. But, I digress, I want to join MENSA, but I have to go and take the test again, b/c usually they only have certain people who can administer the tests and I really have better things to do with my time. But check out their website, it's pretty cool.

You have to be in the upper 2 percent of the test scores: 98th or 99th percentile. And yes, you can increase your IQ with mental exercise. You can also decrease it with television and other dangerous drugs, as well as too much alcohol.

in case you took the Mensa attempt, you probably did no longer get scores. in case you took another attempt, you had to submit the data to Mensa so as to be offered club. growing to be a member of isn't showing off. showing off is showing off.
