It takes two to tango. I can think of a few couples, but I can't name a single person. Also, Tango is not something set in stone. It is developing at all times. So I don't think I can name somebody who's the best of all time. There are many different varieties of Tango, and usually dancers of high level stick to one of the varieties. But how can you compare apples to oranges in this case.
