Who discovered king Tutankhamens tomb?

actually, the tomb was discovered by a man named Theodore M. Davis in 1907, but he stopped digging after finding a few items with tut's name on them.he published his finding in 1912.

it was a full fifteen years later, 1922 that Howard Carter found the main entrance to the tomb, and a way to the burial chamber, where he discovered one of the very few completely untouched tombs of ancient egypt's kings.

incidentally... that is the only reason why tutankhamen became as famous as he is today. his own reign was short and quite unsignificant.

yeah Carter. Died later think gunshot.. they said it's the curse of the pharoahs but there's no such thing
