Is the appaloosa stallion, Solar Flair Eclat still alive?
If he is, I would love to know how to contact his owners, because I have a mare that would love to have a baby of his!!
If not, I would also love to know so I may stop searching for him.

He is registered Foundation Appaloosa also: Here is his registry info: Looks like he is still around and registered to a Noreen Brown in Elsie MI - I tried to find a phone number for her but no chance. You might want to call foundation association and see if they will give some contact info for her. Also she has several mares registered with them too.

I'm not sure if he is still alive. He was born in 1982 so he'd be 24 years old. He has many "grandchildren" that are just as beautiful and available for studs. Here is a site for one in NY but if you goggle Solar Flair Eclat sites will come up that have horses with his bloodline.

Have you tried the appaloosa horse association? I think it's ApHA?
