the failure notice says "is not our customer" and won't send my e-mail, it did for a little while but now sends them all back

his address is correct because it worked fine for about a week, now it does not! His arn't getting to me either.......

The email id you might have could be wrong. If you are sending it to username@comcast.net , if the username is not in their database, such a response will be returned.
Call you brother and double check his email id.

First of all, are you using Yahoo Mail Beta? If so, stop using it. If you arn't, then check the e-mail to be exact. If that doesn't work, if you are getting the e-mail back from someone whos e-mail is something like this: @daimon then it's no use and you have to create a new acount or make your brother create a new acount. Sorry!

Comcast sold some of its assets to Time Warner. Your brothers e-mail might have been affected. You may want to call him to get an updated e-mail address. Good luck.

comcast was purchased by Time Warner like the other user mentioned. It is most likely an issue with his ISP.

tell your bother to make certain his bill is paid. sometimes there are problems when you pay with a credit card. have him contact customer care
