My house was willed to me by my parents, now I want to transfer it to my sister..The house is Tx. and the deed is under my name,what do I have to do to transfer over to my sister

I work as a paralegal and yes you have to willingly deed it to your sister.

Do up a quitclaim deed giving it to her. She then takes it to the deed registrar for the county and has it recorded. The house is now hers.

An attorney can do that for you in a few minutes, probably for around $100.00 plus fees or so.

You need a quite claim deed. This can be done at a title company and recorded with the county for under 200.00 dollars.

it's called a Quit Claim Deed and it will cost you a little amount of money to file it..

sounds like he left the valuables to the son he cherished and trusted the main. sure it extremely is criminal. He died and he left in his will he needed that son to have the valuables, your out of success.
