I was friends with someone who I know has in the last couple of years served in the navy. I have tried googling them to no avail. Any suggestions? He was/ is in the British Royal Navy. Last time I talked to him two years ago, he was a lieutenant on a submarine. Don't know the name of it. He is not on the modreunited.com website, but that was a great suggestion!

If you know any of the ships they have served on then give them a call. The personnel office will hold a list of every person in the Navy and which ship they are drafted to.

You could also place an advert in the Navy News - www.navynews.co.uk Even if your friend doesn't see it someone who knows him probably will and pass on the message.
