Yes, but if you see that they dont have information a real artists would have then mostlikely the profile was made by a fan.
look at how much friends they have,
mostly the real one will have more than the fan

yes....there are alot of real artist who have pages and actors and actresses....i have few as my friend. Tyra Banks, Beyonce, Bow Wow, India Arie, Musiq Soulchild and many more

it depends. you can usually tell. if they say stupid things and have unaccurate details about them, they are definately fake. and if they are getting on like every day, that is definately fake.
