How much of your political acumen is heavily influenced by The Daily Show?

I enjoy watching the show but I don't feel influenced by it . For me it does provide a comedic outlet for political frustrations . I have heard that many people take it quite seriously which has surprised the show hosts themselves . Some to the point of calling on them to run for office even . I use a large number of sources and my own intuition in developing my personal political views , this show though I look at as just another comedy show I enjoy .

None. But it's a funny show!
I'm not the type who needs to watch tv to form my own opinions and political views...unlike Canadians who form their views of America solely on political shows.

It a funny show that makes fun of republicans. I have a moderate democratic views, so I don't take this show very seriously, although it is quite funny. If I watch it, I watch it rarely and only because it is funny.
