yes, you download them to your documents and in there you put them in a file called my videos, then just open your media player and play them. I use media player 11 which is a beta and it works great for me with my XP Pro, here is a link and more about what you need

Actually itunes does movies now, you have to pay, but it works quite well, i've gotten a few now, and you can put them directly to your media player.
