They come out to you and remove small dents. A few friends of mine arranged for the guy to come out to our workplace and work on our cars (door dings). They did a pretty good job.

Sure. You can try and take it to a automobile detailing shop or purchase a dent remover item yourself (think it's called dent doctor or something similiar)

if its not a bad dent there going to do it for free i would anyway i own a shop anything small like that i just do and make happy custermers

depending on how bad the dent is they have paintless dent removal. dentmasters is one company. look in you local yellow pages to find out.
