i am upgrading my 2nd pc and i thought i would ask the answers community about their opinion...remember this is a 2nd p.c and is only used for internet usage ,photoediting,and the odd game
this is what it will be like when upgraded
cpu amd athlon 3200+
ram 1gb ddr
hard drive 2 x 80gb ata drives in master/slave config
graphics ge-force 6200 (256mb)
dvd-rw drive + dvd-rom drive
intergrated audio(nvidia n/force 3)
i think this is as high as i will upgrade this p.c so thst is a 2nd question...what would be a good replacement to this p.c in the £1000 range

The system looks good for some people's 1st computer.
For £1000 you can get great deals from British suppliers on ebay.
Just use paypal for security.

RAM is ok, disk space is ok, those are the things that really hurt if they're small. So yeah, fine.
The easy answer to the second question is "whatever Dell will give you for a grand provided they don't offer a free printer"

The price is a little too high for that specification.
