I see a movie I want on TorrentSpy... Is the BitTorrent Client what I want for that particular site? For the TorrentSpy site? Or is there something else for the TorrentSpy site I am overlooking? Please help because this Torrent thing is confusing. Thanks.

yes you need a bittorrent client first, like:
http://www.bitcomet.com

a bittorrent client is needed to open the *.torrent files that organise the download - such as the ones on torrentspy for example.

TorrentSpy site offer the 'torrent files' for you to get what you want.
You can download the torrent file (only a few kB) with your browser (ex IE, firefox)
Then you need bittorrent client (Bitcomet, utorrent) to open the torrent file and download the actual file you are looking for

Torrents..

Download a client like Bittornado etc.

Then downloa dthe ,torrent file.

Open it in the client and it should slowly start downloading.

TIP:
- Make sure you upload aswell.
- Download torrents with as many seeds as possible, The more seeds the faster your download.
