This is what my dad does... He sets up a trap.
You can take a bunch of twigs and tie them together or roll up a newspaper. Dampen it with water and set it up close to your plants. In the morning, the bunch of twigs or rolled newspaper will be full of them. Stick it in a bucket of water with bleach in it and they will all die.

get a bail of straw bedding from your local Pet Store and leave it in the garen the Earwigs will go into it as it makes for a great home for them, in a day it will be full you can then get rid of it and start again and again and again as you might have guessed I am saying that there will be more every day untill tere season is over.

Try some powder that kills crawling insects or if that doesn't work, repot them. Don't keep the plants indoors until the earwigs are gone.
