Think of the universe as a piece of art. God started something (Big Bang or whatever came first) and it was never really determined. It just evolves within the first laws (of physics and such) and Neptune is part of it all

God created the heavens and the earth, so i think of that the universe or area is mandatory for the earth to exist. btw "firmament" as defined in Gen sixteen-8 refers to heaven or area or sky-in spite of the fact which you opt to call it. 6And God mentioned, enable there be a firmament interior the midst of the waters, and enable it divide the waters from the waters. 7And God made the firmament, and divided the waters that have been under the firmament from the waters that have been above the firmament: and it became so. 8And God noted as the firmament Heaven. God created everything for a reason, so everything has a purpose. WE EARTHLINGS haven't found it out yet.
