I'm upgrading my drive and need to set the old drive to slave

Look at the drive from the back, with the power socket on the right hand side. To the left of the power socket there are a set of pins - 5 along the top, 4 along the bottom. The leftmost of the 5 along the top has no "pair" on the bottom row.

Put the jumper across second pair in from the right so that the jumper is going verticaly - ie covers one pin on the top row, one on the bottom.

(I think the drive will also act as a slave simply by removing the jumper completely).

The diagram of the pin settings should be printed on the drive itself.
