in the roe v. wade court case, was jane [roe] raped or was she just irresponsible and wanted to get rid of the child?

She lied to the lawyers who recruited her as their test case and said she was raped. She is now working as a pro-life advocate.

Whats most interesting is that she is a firm believer in pro-life now.

I wish I could answer your question but I am just not sure, I am pretty positive she was not raped though.

She was neither she just believed she had a right to do with her body what she wanted to do. Life was different back then she fought for future generations rights for women. At one point in history we had to fight for all our rights from working to voting.

Isn't it amazing how if a woman wants to kill her unborn child, it's a choice.......but if the man was to do something to cause her lose the baby, he could be tried for murder........is it a baby or not?
