the last couple days ive been hanging out with my best friends brother and his friend. ive been told by my friends brother that his friend likes me and i kind of like him too. but my best friend likes him even though we had a big in debth conversation the other day and i found out that he doesnt like her in that way, never has, and what he thinks of her. which wasnt very positive things. i just dont know what to do. i know i should feel bad for hanging out with this kid, let alone talking to him so much. i dont really feel that bad and it makes me feel bad for not feeling bad. kind of. its so complicated and i just dont know what i should do that would benefit both me, my frined, and this kid i like. and my best friend has major jelousy issues.

plus, something similar to this has happened another time to a girl that used to hang outwith me and my best friend. she started talking to and hangin gout with this guy my friend liked and now she wont talk to her anymore after finding out that they are now going out. and i dont know if thatll happen to me or not but i know itll affect our friendship if she finds out i'm hanging out with this kid she likes. another thing is that my friend is potentially moving away. and if i stop talking to this kid i might be losing something that could help me cope with her moving away so yeah i know the situation sounds kinda dumb but i just wanted to see if i could get some input.

Who do you like more your best friend or this boy? If you like your best friend more than stop hanging out with him he doesn't seem worth destroying a friendship over he doesn't have much respect if he would sit there and say bad things about your best friend. Finding another boy is way easier than finding another best friend.

hum...maybe you should think about that other story... if she can "steal" other girls' dream boys, then you might think about not caring about her being mad or whatever. If she can't understand after thorough explanations that you like him, and still won't "let you have him", maybe she doesn't deserve to be your friend? you're not supposed to fight with your best gal over a boy, and if she thinks the opposite is right, then just dump her and get the guy!!
