I think so. I dont know how many times i have woken to my husband humping the bed. Not full on or anything but i just gently roll him over and take care of it. Its kinda funny to make fun of him later athough

I'm sure anything is possible. I would say not likely, at least not to the point of full release. Ok so I'm not a man. But my husband does hump the bed in his sleep some times lol.

Well it's a little hard (no pun intended) to masturbate while actually asleep. but Nocturnal Emissions (wet dreams, actual ejaculation of semen) can occur. I and others had them quite often in our youth. Nocturnal Emmissions are associated with nocturnal erections which seems to be nature's way of excercising the "equipment".. even if it is not getting used during the day...

Hmmmm... interesting. I don't think I ever have (but then how would I know?!?!), but I suppose it is possible. Kind of like sleep walking or talking in one's sleep.
