I don't really read a lot of poetry.
If I do, I don't normally comment about it because, frankly, most of what I see here is boring and nothing more than flowery yet empty rhetoric.
And if it is rubbish believe me, I'll say it is rubbish without a moment of hesitation.
I think what you wrote is profound, thoughtful, meaningful and actually moving. And there is an honesty and elegance in it's directness that reminds me of the work of another young lady not a million miles away from this board.
Regular little Tornado, she is.
Thumbs up from this prosaic old fart.

It's pretty standard feminine negative self-image. Maybe you should concentrate on the question of why women don't understand how beautiful they actually are and who are you really trying to please?
