That depends on you. It is always in your best interest to move on quickly. You need to get out and socialize with other people, have fun, and get involved. The easiest way to get bad thoughts out of the head is to help others. Volunteer your time or hlep someone else you know. It can clear the head.
If you hold things inside it is not good for your mental health or your physical health (you will get sick).
Be tough and move on.

I usually dwell on it until I can talk to them again in a normal way. I confront issues as they come so I would probably stress until I could talk about it with them and work it out. I don't like to keep anything inside too long without confronting it.

It depends on who the person was. If it is someone I don't care about it stays with me for 5 minutes. If it's someone I know well it may last the whole day. But I don't really hold grudges.
