You can use + - x and /(division)

2 +-*/ = + -*/ = 1
same with
8 19
3.5 5.5
10 25

In other words you start with a number then add take away times or divide the number and the two + - * / are the same for each number

Not sure - question unclear:

2+8=(10*2)-19=1
2+3.5=5.5/5.5*1=1
2+10=12*-2+25=1

1). 2/2 + 0 = 1.
2). 8 *2 + 3 = 19.
3)& 4) Hints:
3): How can you get to 5.5 from 3.5?
4): Try multiplying 10 by 2 and then?
