My wife and I have been in a loving relationship for 17 years. We both love to wrestle around and stuff, but when she hits me, I have to hit her back. She doesnt seem to mind, but people often ask her about her bruises and black eye. How can I get them to mind their own business?

There is a point were wrestling with your spouse gets past the fun and gets a little bit rough. When you reach that point you need to take a break from wrestling with each other. I know you probably don't mean to leave bruises on your wife ( if you are trying to leave busies then that is messed up!), but if you're getting to a point were you or her are getting so upset and trying to hurt each other you need to relax and take a break!

If you have to ask then maybe it is not the right thing to do.

Man, how hard are you hitting her. Me and my husband wrestle aroung and stuff . I hit him and he hits me back, but I have never got bruises or a black eye.

Well you are comparing apples and oranges. If you are wrestling around, that is one thing and accidents happen, however you should not be bruising her or giving her black eyes. That is NOT acceptable. Learn to adhere to the boundaries or don't wrestle. And if you gave me a black eye, you would be out explaining why you had two!!

If it's rough play, well then be careful where you hit. If she is a consenting adult, that is. If she doesnot like it or it is causing some damage, stop it. The laws have changed so it is other people's business now. Women are not property. If you don't like it, get a time machine and go back 5 centuries.

I can understand the playful wrestling but a black eye?! And you are asking is there anything wrong with that? What is wrong with you? Of course people are asking and concerned because apparently you aren't. I'm glad your wife at least has them to care about her!

If she has bruises. I am sure she was NOT enjoying it!
