ok right then on the neg side they are moody, can be too shy esp as a kid! and quite bad tempered at times insecure and clingy.
pos they are moral, loyal, intuitive and tenacious. they love children and are ferociously protective parents, creative and imaginative.

I am a cancer and also know five other people who share my star sign and although it is true that we are all unique (one is extremely “preppy” and one is a complete actress) I have to admit that we do share many personality traits, (although this could just be a coincidence. We all love nostalgia, the perfect birthday/ Christmas present for a cancerian would have to be a scrap book featuring unforgettable memories. Cancerians are extremely generous and would do anything to help a person in need; they are sensitive, caring and sympathetic. It is true that home is where the heart is and cancerians love children and simple pleasures. Their gifts usually have some meaning behind it or are home made. Cancerians love tradition and have a good memory, maybe not on the whole revising for exams side, but definitely in a telling stories around a campfire sort of front. They are proud of their family ties and although they may act as if they want to escape from their parents, deep inside they don’t. They definitely wear their hearts on their sleeves and their pet hate would have to be snide remarks. I guess the flip side is that they don’t forget easily and they can be quite moody and crabby, but they are passionate people and love to show their affection. Hope that helps xXxXx

I love children and i am quite a good listener and good at sorting out other people's problems Travel but not to far as i do like to be at home and as i have been married to a libra for the past 35 years, i would consider that a good match good luck .

The cancerians I know are caring sensitive and are often affected by the moon. They can sometimes be quite private people keeping a lot to themselves, although they like there own company they do not like to be alone and usually sleep with the lights on and love animals.

Cancer people are called Travelers, Adventurers of the World, however must have a home base to return to. Thus they are able to take in the children of the world,(children of the heart too) feelings emotions, understanding, sympathetic, open minded, if treated likewise in kind. There is a species of crab known to migrate up to 1,000 miles in the ocean currents and return home to the very crag in the very rock they originally left. The ancient symbol included the 5 star constellation of summer, and a mermaid to call the crab home safely to shore.

Two of my children are cancerians, they can be lovable but a bit quick tempered and a bit stroppy as well. Good personalities though.

very emotional people,homely and love children,my god i even cry watching sad bits on the tele even if its from eastenders haha.i have some very good friends and unbelievabley they are all cancerians too.its uncanny how much we all share in common which perhaps explains why we are so close.
Its just the cancerian man that can be more uptight.

dear abi, you cant know about a persons personality just by the day they are born on, really its ridiculous. what does it really tell you if they were born on a Tuesday in July or a Friday in November? peoples personalities are formed across their lifetimes and are the result of many different circumstances in their environment. what if cancerians are supposed to be really funny and you meet a very boring one - wont that mean that the whole astrology thing is nonsense.
