Okay, first, do you think you may be anaemic?

Second, Are you pregnant or just had a baby?

Both these can cause hair loss. Other causes are using straightening irons or heated rollers too much, using hot hairdryer too frequently, poor diet, or having your hair tied up most of the time.

To give your hair the best chance, use a really gentle shampoo, conditioner, then let it dry naturally and keep it down. You will need to do this for a month or so before you get real improvement.

Make sure you get enough rest as stress can also be a factor.

It could definitely be the time of year. My hair always falls out like crazy around this time. It seems to me like every five years or so it's even worse.

If you're really worried about it, go to your doctor, but if it's falling out by strands--not in clumps--I really wouldn't be too concerned.

If you just had some hair styling done, call the person who does your hair and talk to them about it...actually, why not call a hair salon and get an opinion from them.

Good luck!

Its the time of the year! My hair always falls out now, and my good old mum used to says~ "it's the fall of the leaves" - ie Autumn. It always happens to me and last year I even went to the docs for blood tests to make sure I was ok. Just be patient and you will soon notice the plug hole isn't as blocked with hair anymore.
