It is different for every woman... but you can usually count 28 days from the START of your period to the START of your next period... sometimes it is 25 or 30... like I said, it varies. If you keep a calendar for the next several months, you'll find out how many days are in between the start dates...and be able to track it better. If you are irregular in your start dates, you can take birth control pills to regulate it better. If you are a teenager (under 18), you might want to talk to your mom about getting on the pill to better regulate your periods. It doesn't mean you are free to go have sex!!! It just will help your periods be more regular and will even help with cramping and heavy flows.

Technically you count 28 days from the 8th, which would be around the 4th or 5th of the next month. Generally the whole cycle from one period to the next is supposed to be 28 days, but everyone is different, and everyone has variations (not always the same # of days but close to it).

any day now if you are not pregnant. you should keep track of your periods marking when they start and how long they last. over several months you may see a pattern as to how long your cycles are. normal cycles range from 26-35 days or so. some girls are very regular say 28 days cycle always, some are a little different every month. you always count from the first day of one period to the first day of the next to find your cycle length.

Your next period generally starts 28 days after your last period... so my guess is you would start your next period on around November 5th or 6th
