Depends. Sugar and Honey, although they're both sweeteners, have a different taste. Depending on your mood, or cravings, either will do. I prefer honey.

depends how you like your tea to be serve.....i'll suggest not only honey that gives natural sweetness but add a slice of lemon too

depends on my moods...
sometimes splendor, sometimes sugar, sometimes honey, sometimes nothing but the tea.
Today I am using cranberry flavoring in it with a tsp of sugar.
