No you can't. Your security deposit is seperate from your rent. Of course, everything depends on the terms of your lease. If you are leaving your apartment in excellent shape, your landlord may agree to accept your security deposit as rent, but make sure you get the agreement in writing.

Probably not because the purpose of the deposit was for the landlord to make sure that you would leave the place in good condition. You could ask the landlord, though.

Only with your landlord's o.k. The security deposit is to cover damages caused
