transcript of an IM conversation that we had so that she could prove that she was in the right. The transcript pretty much "proved" that we were both "right" in one way or another. But, what bothers me is that she even HAD a transcript of our 2 month old conversation. I mean, she saved this & then had to go back thru her transcripts to find the right conversation. This seems a little over the tip - and even a tad bit nuts. What do you think? (By the way, I didn't even know she was archiving all our conversations - it makes me feel a bit weirded out by her now.)

Sorry - that was supposed to read "over the top."

We are both in our 30s and college graduates, so yes, this does seem a bit emotionally immature to me, too.

some people will go to extremes to prove a point, and some people always have to be right, I believe your friend is such a person, as to weather she stays a friend is up to you,as you now know you will be under scrutiny

Perhaps she doesnt save all of your conversations just ones that she feels may come back to ya...as this one did. I have saved a few IM convos from my friends. When we disagree on something or I know they were wrong about something I would save the conversation BUT I always told them I was doing it so I COULD throw it back up in their face.

Why? What difference does it make whether not she saves the conversations. To me it's no different than having a diary and writing down your conversation in that. This way is easier. They're conversations you're having with her so I don't see the problem.

I would just limit my conversations with her, or talk on the phone if possible. I mean, if she is archiving your conversations who knows what other weirdness she could be up to. It also wouldn't hurt to express to your friend your displeasure with her actions.

Yah yah yah, this virus does no longer exist and probability is that in case you purely copied and pasted it in textual content format, it would do no longer something, yet whilst something became related, you are able to desire to have sent an endemic. Viruses are constantly in a position to be repaired in a rely of hours as quickly as stumbled on. probability is sturdy that viruses cant purely shutdown your laptop in a 2d, they might desire to logout and shutdown manually till they be waiting to clutter with the desktops hardware on the actual factor, which includes overclocking your processor till it melts and such. they might try this and be careful.

I would wonder why she is saving this stuff. Is she so paranoid that sh has to prove everything to her self or is she obsessing on you? Either way I think I would not send IMs to her. Yes she is weird or sick or something.

I think that is kinda weird. And the fact that you friend is bringing up the past like that is just wrong. But, dont let it ruin your friendship. See if you can get her to drop it, and you two can put it behind you.
