1ST OFF ask her if everything is going OK then Be straight up and tell her " You've been being bossy her lately" you dont have to be mean or anything, just honest if she has a problem with it then she's not a good friend

Just tell her. I am the bossy one with my friends and my best friend told me flat out. No problem, I am aware of it now, she is aware, our friendship couldn't be better and my other Friends are happier too!

If she's your best friend than there should be no problem telling her. Communication's one of the best things to maintain in any relationship.

You could just tell her that, honestly and nicely, not in a condescending kind of way. Watch out though because she may get really defensive and you won't be able to express ANYTHING to her.
