Is the only way is to rent a uhaul and drive it yourself?

u hall /hire or if u got a pick up or borrow one get permission first-or get a friend to help you carry it if your on the border line david in his amazing grace

not really the only way to have furniture moved. you could hire a van line to do it depending on the distance of your move it might be cheaper. factor the cost of the rental truck ,tow dolly if you have a car ,time you will spent moving, loading and unloading. then the cost of the fuel for the truck which will have a gas motor.(the reason that it will be gas a motor is that if it breaks down there is a mechanic that can fix it anywhere in the u.s.) then hotels and meals. if you move with a van line you only have to worry about you. at the least you should get 4 est. from large van lines not small companies. tell them you want full replacement ins. guaranteed pick-up date and guaranteed delivery dates (The delivery will be set by The van line but it will have spread dates like the 5th to the 8th) so be there on the 4th.

That's what Uhaul is known for. And yes you drive them they don't hire someone to drive them. Call a Uhaul.

you can rent a truck and do it yourself or hire a moving co. to do it but be careful sometimes this can be a nitemare make sure you get a reputable co to do it.

Or you could hire movers. You watch them pack up the stuff, lock it yourself & meet your stuff in your new home...
