I find the PS2 section of www.ign.com to have a good selection of cheats. Just search the name of the game you want to cheat at.

We ( me and my bf ) have found that gamerevolution.com has some pretty good cheats. We use the site a lot as we have over 200 ps2 games and more ps1 games.
