Doomsday unless the story was written by a writer clever enough (like an Alan Moore, for example) who could exploit the extent of Captain Atom's powers.

You could have figured this one out yourself, just picture superman without the flight,vision powers and add the hulks personality(don't forget the bony carapace). DC had a great character but they ruined Doomsday(Darekseid too).
