Of course they do not think they are perfect, and not the lesser of two evils, but a party that will protect Americans, and have ideas that will be good for America, and the Dems don't have a clue as what to do except put their head in the sand

Since the RNC spent 90 percent of their advertising money on negative advertising I would say that they truly see themselves as the lesser of two evils and they have given up on trying to put a postive spin on the shitstorm they have brought this country.
