27 strikeouts definitely. 27 put -outs would be more like a perfect game for the defense. 27 strikeouts would certify u unhittable in dat game.

It depends on your viewpoint. For the pitcher, throwing 27 strikeouts is a perfect game, but the rest of the team might be just as happy to get the 27 put outs.

I would say 27 strikeouts.
27 up, 27 down, 81 pitches all of them strikes.
Watch the movie The Scout if you want an example.

Every pitch being a put out. That's only 27 pitches. Of course, at some point if the other team doesn't stop swinging at the first pitch thrown the manager needs to be fired on the spot.

He could throw 27 strikeouts with 80 one strikes and 80 one balls. that's nonetheless a suited game, yet he teases the competition with some very practically-walks. Tragic Typos, you in no way herald a closer whilst your pitcher is throwing a suited game. that's baseball attitude a hundred and one.

27 strikeouts for a pitcher; that's truly unhittable.
The other is a great team game, but I would love to have no one touch a ball thrown.

27 strikeouts would require more skill since 27 putouts would require a lot of luck

Considering that it's never been done, that would be the ultimate perfect game.
Clemons came the closest when he played for the Red Sox, he's never thrown a no-hitter, but he had I think 22 K's in the game.
