Why grow up? its no fun. I say as long as you can handle the basic responsibilities of life (basically a job) then be a kid for as long as you want. Sure beats the hell out of paying bills, complaining about gas prices and watching Bloomberg television :)

You can then help other people in their growing up process. However, you can do it a nice and caring manner so the people who you are helping will embrace the growing up process.
