if the battery didnt work would the lights be flashing at all?

It's basic water damage and your battery. You need to let them both "dry" out seperately for at least 24 hours. If no luck, try replacing the battery.

If there is only one battery, then no. (some phones have a separate small battery for the display features) I'd say it isn't fixed.

It is the phone but it will not miss up the phone it got in the inside of the phone that is what the problem is.

It's the phone get a new one. I did that twice and I had to get a new one both times!!!!!!
