So now the question really goes to you, What do you want to do? You could give her another chance and try to work out the hurt the one night stand has caused, while making room for a baby. Or you can decide to move on and try to get over the heartache.

I just answered you other question. You need to talk with her, heart-to-heart. Being heartbroken is normal when someone you trust betrays you. But if you two truly love each other and you are strong enough to support her during the pregnancy, then go for it. If the bio father wants nothing to do with it, then better for you two. Just have him sign over all paternity rights. You can make it through this. Remember, it's not the baby's fault.
Good luck to you both.

It takes a real man to step up and take responsibility in a situation like this. If you really love her, it will certainly take time to heal your heart but this could definitely work. The two of you will have some issues to sort out and some trust to rebuild but, if you two truly love each other I say make it work.

I said a prayer for you today
And know God must have heard-
I felt the answer in my heart
Although He spoke no word!
I didn't ask for wealth or fame
(I knew you wouldn't mind)-
I asked Him to send you treasures
Of a far more lasting kind!
I asked that He'd be near you
At the start of each new day
To grant you health and blessings
And my friendship to share your way!
I asked for happiness for you
In all things great and small-
But it was for His loving care
I prayed the most of all!

Leave now. If she loved you the event wouldn't have happened. How much are you going to want to take care of his child?

If you still love her and can accept the baby as your own than try and work it out.

Sure it can be worked out, just talk about it and decide if you both really want to try.
