Are you asking because your eyeliner doesnt stay on? I have this problem no.17 do an eyeliner that is a bit like a felt tip pen and maybileen (sorry dont know how its spelt) do a waterproof that is soft. I used to use a felt tip pen as a lip liner and it worked. Dont think your eyes will like the felt tip pen though. Good luck

Actually, the ink in the felt-tip pen could be bad for your eyes. The eyeliner was made specifically for your eyes, an a pen is made specifically for paper. Have you ever been yelled at for drawing on your hand? You wash off the ink on your hand but some of it may have sunk in, and that could cause damage not only to your skin, but your veins and arteries. On your eyelids, it's much closer to your eyeballs, and there are smaller, more close together veins and arteries. Not a good idea. If I'm not mistaken, I do believe they make liquid eyeliner, unless you're using that and don't like it.

Cos you may as well drink ink and a whole pile of other chemicals!!! The ears eyes nose and throat are all connected and it's sure to do you damage. Also it wont stay on because real eyeliner has a wax in its ingredients like crayon. If you are really desperate use mascara on the end of your old eyeliner tip at least it wont cause an eye infection or worse blind you.

Because it doesn't look as good for the main reason. I had this felt tip eyeliner and it was the worst eyeliner EVER. I only trusted it because it was physician's formula, and I trust the brand and wanted to try something slightly new. It bothered my eyes, smeared off really quickly and looked terrible for the ten minutes it was on. Eyeliner is fairly cheap anyways.

Why would you wanna use a black felt tip pen in the first place?

tenkerasu basically said everything that I was thinking, heh. :P So I'll just give my two sense worth!

Basically this is the problem: The reason why we dont use pen on our skin is because our skin absorbs anything that is put on it. That is why you get yelled at when you draw on yourself with pen and markers. Because the ink inside the pen is dangerous if the body absorbs it. You could get ink poisoning, and be sent to the hospital.

The worst place to put ink is near your eyes, because not only are your eyes sensitive, be they absorb things easily. Please, for your own safety, don't use any pen on your body!

Think of it this way.... would you eat an apple if it was injected (and I mean literally) with pesticides? Because putting ink on your skin is basically the same thing. Its like poison to your system.

I hope this helped! Please dont use pen on your skin :)

That is very unhygenic. You aren't supossed to get pen on broken skin or in your mouth so putting it on your eyes, one of the most sensitive parts of the body, could be dangerous. If it began to run and got into your eyes, it might even result in an infection.

I did it years back and it worked beautifully,

The problem came with the purple residue the next day that took a week to fade. I also got an infection in one eye which went all bloodshot.

Well, I don't think so, sounds good to me... Might be hard to get off tho...Gel pens are really cool to use, if you want bright colors.. or you could use a black gel pen... That might be easier to get off..

Lead!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's lead in a pen that's why you shouldn't mark on yourself with pens or pencils well not that you can really write on yourself with a pencil but you get what I mean. Lead is NOT healthy for you.
