I'm not 100 % on this by advice is:

You should be fine. The light period could be from 1- the fact that you just had a baby or 2- the yaz is making your period more livable... many women take birth control just to make their periods regular, light and less painful... never even thinking about the actual birth control effect.

But since your worried you should talk to your doctor...

Good luck to you

You should not be sexually active for 6 weeks after birth of a baby and/or your physician clears you for intercourse. If you are taking YAZ everyday at the same time as directed there is a VERY good chance this is normal. Online advice is no substitute for your doctor so I would call him if you're concerned.

You shouldn't be sexually active until 1 and a half months after your baby was born. This is so your body can recover. If you do get pregnant that will be hard on your body and on you.
